Should Fireworks be held in New Zealand

My opinion is that i think Fireworks Should be held on special events like Guy Fawkes and Diwali.the reason for that is for safety Reasons.The reason why i think they should only be held on special events is because there Neighbours might not like the loudness from there house. I chose this option Because you can still watch the fireworks just on special events.
